Cost: $525 per student
Our three (3) day Field Training Officer Course is based on the industry standard San Jose FTO Model. This course satisfies C.A.L.E.A. accreditation standards and is certified by IADLEST as part of the National Certification Program™. It will provide FTOs with the tools and knowledge to properly train a new officer. From ethics to leadership, our FTO course covers the topics required to train, evaluate, mentor, and lead a field trainee. The course offering includes:
· Field Training Program Goals & Objectives
· Expectations of / for FTO’s (Roles of the FTO)
· Ethics & Professionalism
· Leadership Skills
