Instructor Development

Instructor Development will provide line law  enforcement officers and current instructors with a  fundamental understanding of teaching adults,  professional presentations, and class  facilitation. Additionally, the three-day course will  afford students the opportunity to develop teaching  skills required to present any topic of instruction to  law enforcement professionals within their agencies  or departments. Specific focus will be placed on  practical learning and application opportunities.

• Presentation Styles & Communication  Components 

• Adult Learning Styles • Classroom Set-up & Fundamentals 

• Do’s & Do Nots of Adult Learning
